*Confidence is a funny thing: it’s always there but sometimes it’s invisible, so you can’t see it or feel it! Confidence gives you the courage to go on and to take risks.
Without risks your life would probably feel quite boring, and you would not feel like you are achieving anything. That’s why confidence is needed to be able to do new things, to deal with what life throws at you, and to set boundaries.
The good news is: everyone is born with confidence, it’s just in the process of living you might have lost touch with it, either due to your life’s circumstances, or how you were treated in your early years.
